Charlie Palmer worked at Allied Dunbar's Cheltenham branch for five years, then spent another five as a sole trader IFA even before founding the network. Steve Bell also has worked as an IFA, after working at Barclays financial planning. Paivi Grigg worked as Financial Director for Burns Anderson and then Lighthouse for a total of 14 years. Whilst Angela Evans, the Group Finance Director has no direct IFA experience, she brings a slightly different perspective having previously worked as Divisional Director at Chelsea Building Society (Treasury Division as well as Accounting & Tax Division).

Brian Galvin, Sales Director, worked for 25 years at Friends Provident, finally as head of intermediary partnerships, before joining FINANCIAL in 2011.
